Via the hall on the ground floor and the living room, you have access to a 2-person bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower and sink.

The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, 2 ovens, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and an induction hob. There is also a round table for 4 people.

The living room has a lovely lounge sofa, TV, and a dining table for 14 people. Through the sliding doors, you step directly into the garden with a view of the water.

On the first floor are the remaining 5 bedrooms with a bathroom that includes a bath, shower, double sink, and toilet.

The house accommodates 14 people and two small children. There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs available.

- Bed linen is included. Please make up the bed yourself.

- Towels cost €5 per person. This includes 1 large and 1 small towel

- A bundle of wood for the sauna/hot tub/BBQ is available at an additional cost.

- Tourist tax of 3.40 EUR per person per night is excluded, to be paid upon arrival (price 2026).

- Free fast and stable Wi-Fi connection.

- The house is equipped with a key safe in case you arrive at a different time.

- The park has 2 tennis courts (closed during frost) and a communal outdoor pool (seasonal).

🚫 🕰️ Other things to note:

- The villa is located in a quiet and green holiday park; after 10 PM, it should be quiet outside.

- Groups of young people under the age of 23 are not allowed.

- Music outdoors is not permitted during the day or evening.

- After 10 PM, you may no longer use the hot tub. (park rules)

- No (organized) house parties.

- No accommodation for workers.

- Smoking indoors is not allowed.
