From the hall on the ground floor, you have access to a 2-person bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and sink.

On the ground floor, there is a wellness area with a 2nd bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and sink, a separate toilet, and an indoor sauna with an outside door leading to the covered XL jacuzzi (for 7 people!).

The well-equipped kitchen is also located on the ground floor and includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and induction cooktop.

The living room has a comfortable lounge sofa, TV, and a dining table for 10. Through the patio doors, you can step directly into the garden with views of the water.

The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor, along with a separate toilet.

The house accommodates 10 people and two small children. There are 2 cot beds and 2 high chairs available.

- Pets are not allowed.

- No (organized) house parties.

- No accommodation for workers.
